GLENDALE, Ariz. – After Wednesday’s workout, pitcher Derek Holland moved around the White Sox training facility at Camelback Ranch sporting a Batman suit.

According to the official White Sox website, Holland told second baseman Brett Lawrie in the hallway outside the clubhouse, “I have two.”

Holland’s antics didn’t stop there, he lifted in the suit, put a t-shirt on over it, said he looked “ripped,” then paid a visit to manager Rick Renteria’s office carrying a WWE championship belt.

Holland, who signed as a free agent in December, told, “You want to keep it loose.”

In a setting where stress can be high, especially with the possibility of being traded coming at any moment, it’s important to stay in good spirits.
