People feeling inspired by the athletics going on could participate in the seventh annual City of Peoria Adult & Youth Reverse Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon. The event begins at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 5, and awards for the top five finishers will be distributed for each age category.

The city has plenty of museums that will interest everyone. From the Arizona Challenger Space Center, the Peoria Art Gallery at the city hall and the Theater Works, which is showing The Pauper Princess from March 3 to March 17 and a Musical Theater Tribute to the Beatles on March 13 at 7:30 a.m.

Another option is a visit to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West house a short drive away in Scottsdale, Arizona. A number of different tours at different price points offer different sights around Wright’s laboratory and winter home.
