Miley began suffering flu-like symptoms after his last start on March 14, says Orioles manager Bruce Showalter.

“He looks rough, we thought he was over it,” says Showalter.
Miley was taken back to Sarasota last night after complaining of feeling sick, says Showalter.

Despite potential illness and only pitching nine innings over four spring starts, Showalter says that his position in the rotation remains unchanged.

Miley was replaced by fellow left-hander Vidal Nuño
in the lineup.
