GOODYEAR, Ariz. – The Cleveland Indians pitchers and catchers reported for spring training today. Spring is officially underway as the Tribe battles through “low” temperatures in the mid-60s in Arizona.

According to SB Nation, The Indians have never had fewer roster spots open going into a spring training than this one. There will be a battle for spots in the bullpen, and a clear emphasis on center field, but otherwise the Opening Day roster is pretty set.

Back in Cleveland, the Indians fan-base was hosting their annual report-day party at the Clevelander. The event was free to all and the organization raffled off two tickets to the home opener.

The rest of the squad will meet back up on Feb. 16, with the first full team work out on Feb. 19.
